2. How we protect the Site
- All traffic to the Site is encrypted with HTTPS.
- We host it with infrastructure providers that hold industry-recognised security certifications.
- The contact form validates input and is protected against automated submissions.
- Access to information is limited to the people who need it for their work, who are bound by confidentiality.
- Optional cookies are only enabled with your consent (Cookie policy).
3. What we will never ask you for
We will never ask you for passwords, verification codes or card details by email, phone, text message or chat. If you receive a suspicious message in our name, do not reply or open any links or attachments, and write to us at hola@phoneassistantbcn.com.
4. Reporting a vulnerability
If you believe you have found a vulnerability on the Site, write to us at hola@phoneassistantbcn.com with a description and the steps to reproduce it. Please do not access third-party data, disrupt the service or disclose it publicly until we have fixed it. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will reply as soon as possible.
We publish our security contact following the RFC 9116 standard in security.txt.
5. Incidents
If we detect an incident affecting personal data, we will act in accordance with the GDPR: contain it, notify the supervisory authority where required and inform the people affected if there is a high risk to their rights.
