How Phone Assistant BCN processes your personal data, for what purposes and what your rights are.

1. Data controller

2. What data we process
- Contact form: name, company, sector, phone number, email and the message you write to us.
- Communications: the data you give us when you write to us or we talk by phone or video call.
- Clients: contact details of the people who manage the relationship with us (name, role, email and phone number) and billing details.
- Browsing: only if you accept analytics cookies, data about how the Site is used (see the Cookie policy).
We do not ask for health data or other special categories of data through the Site. Please do not include them in the form.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

We do not make automated decisions with legal effects on you, nor do we carry out profiling.
4. Calls handled by our assistants
When you call a restaurant, clinic or other business that uses a Phone Assistant BCN assistant, that business is the controller of your data. We act as its processor: we process the data only to provide the service to that business and on its instructions, under the data processing agreement we sign with it. To exercise your rights over that data, contact the business you called; if you write to us, we will forward your request to them.
5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties, except where required by law. To operate we rely on providers that process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement:
- Hosting of the Site and delivery of the contact form emails.
- Google Ireland Ltd.: Google Analytics, only if you accept the corresponding cookies.
- Email and productivity providers used by our team.
6. International transfers
Some of these providers are located in the United States or may access data from there. In those cases, the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified, or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hola@phoneassistantbcn.com and stating which right you wish to exercise. We may ask you to verify your identity.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk. More information in Security.
9. Minors
The Site and our services are aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The current version, with its update date, will always be published here.
