Yes. It identifies the patient, checks real availability in your practice management software and books the appointment end to end. If your system allows it, it can also look up, move or cancel existing appointments.
How does it identify the patient?
With the details you choose, such as ID number or phone number, checking them in your system before handling anything.
Does it work with health insurers?
Yes. It asks for the patient's insurer, checks whether the clinic works with it and only offers the doctors and time slots that apply.
What does it do with urgent calls?
It detects urgent calls and transfers them straight away to a person on your team. The assistant does not give medical advice and is not a substitute for 112 in an emergency.
